Job Description
1、Execute sales plans, increase market share, achieve sales growth, and meet sales targets;
2、Be responsible for maintaining and developing agents and clients within the assigned region, deepening cooperation and daily management, providing professional technical support, assisting in organizing events, and continuously enhancing the company's influence and product market share;
3、Conduct regular customer visits, promptly and effectively address customer inquiries, provide appropriate solutions, and maintain long-term, effective communication;
4、Implement market strategies, actively participate in marketing activities/trainings/seminars, and provide feedback.
Job Requirements
1、Junior college degree or above, with 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices or high-value consumables for cardiology, cardiac surgery, intensive care, or emergency medicine;
2、Strong resilience under pressure and market development capabilities;
3、High sense of responsibility and willingness to travel frequently;
4、Self-motivated, results-driven, and strong team player.
