Job Description
1、Responsible for product process development and validation to ensure process quality, and drive continuous improvement of in-line product process quality.
2、Participate in process evaluation during design phases, communicate promptly with R&D teams, and provide feedback on process-related issues to optimize manufacturability.
3、Optimize production processes, troubleshoot on-site process/technical issues, and conduct necessary studies on existing production techniques to propose improvement solutions.
4、Execute design verification, process validation, and risk management throughout product manufacturing.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related STEM fields.
2、Preferred experience in R&D or process engineering for cardiovascular, coronary, or peripheral minimally invasive interventional products.
3、Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
4、Strong sense of responsibility, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and execution capability; able to analyze issues independently and propose solutions.
