Job Description
1、Assist superiors in formulating annual production plans, develop monthly/daily production schedules based on annual plans, and ensure on-time, high-quality production completion.
2、Oversee all production department operations, ensure standardized production processes, and guarantee product quality compliance.
3、Handle production anomalies, ensure smooth operations, review exception-handling solutions within authorized scope, and promote standardized resolution methods.
4、Improve production management systems, organize implementation, and monitor the operation of the production quality system.
5、Implement quality control in production to ensure products meet technical and quality requirements.
Job Requirements
1、Bachelor’s degree or above in STEM fields, with 8+ years of medical industry production management experience, including 3+ years in Class III medical device production management.
2、Proficient in medical device production floor management, operations, cleanroom management, and equipment management.
3、Familiar with medical device regulations and quality system requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GMP).
4、Strong organizational, coordination, planning, execution, teamwork, learning, and communication skills; proactive, resilient under pressure, and highly responsible.
